Consumer Organic v4

The project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.

On November 17-19, 2023, the inaugural meeting was held at the Poznań University of Life Sciences, starting the implementation of the “Consumer of Organic Food in the Visegrad Group Countries” project.

The aim of the meeting was to discuss current issues related to the initiation of research on identifying and comparing the characteristics of organic food consumers, their purchasing decisions and behavior in the region of the Visegrad Group countries.

The project consortium includes: University of Life Sciences in Lublin, University of Life Sciences in Poznań, College of Polytechnics Jihlava (Czech Republic), Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague (Czech Republic), University of Economics in Bratislava (Slovakia) and Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (Hungary) .
