University of Economics in Bratislava (UEBA), Slovakia

The University of Economics in Bratislava (EUBA) is a leading public university in Slovakia with the largest education market share in the field of economics, business and management. EUBA is the first university in Slovakia that has achieved accreditation by the AACSB. It has extensive experience in the field of education and research. EUBA has more than 10 000 students at its 7 faculties. EUBA offers 61 study programs, more than 150 individual courses delivered in English, German and French and 15 international double and joint degree programs. Over 80 % of EUBA academic staffs hold a PhD. EUBA staff has been involved in several international projects supported by LLP, FP6, FP7, COST, South East Europe Transnational Cooperation Program, Structural Funds of the EU as well as by EU programs, H2020 and/or Erasmus+ including. EUBA cooperates with its international partners from the EU member states and with universities around the world (Brazil, Chile, Peru, Mexico, China, Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.).

Faculty of Commerce (FC)

The Faculty of Commerce has had a long and firm place among other higher education institutions in Slovakia which offer economics education. The Faculty has been devoted to trade-related disciplines (marketing, international business, tourism, business law). The Faculty offers study programs at all levels of the university education as well as double degree program. Each year almost 1.200 students study at the faculty. It has more than 20.000 alumnies among which are governors of the Slovak National Bank, ministers, prime ministers, successful managers, and entrepreneurs. Internationalization of educational and research activities is one of the TOP10 faculty priorities. The Faculty cooperates with partner universities located mainly in Europe and Asia and with more than 70 national and/or international companies.
