Consumer Organic v4

The project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.

The 22nd International Scientific Conference on Global Problems of Agriculture and Food Economy was held in Warsaw and Rogów, Poland, on June 26–27. The event was organized by the Department of International Economics and Agribusiness at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW).


During the conference, Gyöngyi Györéné Kis, PhD, presented the results of our latest research on organic food retail trends and consumer behavior in Hungary (presentation titled Purchasing Behaviour on the Hungarian Organic Food Market). Malgorzata Agnieszka Jarossová, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ing., gave a presentation titled Exploring Slovak Consumer Behaviour in the Organic Food Market: Key Aspects.


The conference created an opportunity to address and discuss current issues and to present proposals for solutions in the field of research.
